As a leading bank in China and has expanding its business in Indonesia, PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia is seeking for professional candidates as part-time job for:

1. Audit Committee Member
Responsible to:
Perform a function of Audit Committee Member in accordance to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 8/4/PBI/2006 dated 30 January 2006 and its, amendment dated 5 October 2006 as well as the Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia No. 9/12/DPNP dated 30 May 2007 regarding Good Corporate Governance Implementation for Commercial Bank
Requirements:

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree majoring in Finance, Accounting or Legal (Master Degree would be an advantage),
• Min. 5-6 years experiences as Auditor,
• Have knowledge and skill in Finance, Accounting and Legal area,
• Experience or familiar with Banking Operation & Procedure, Audit Methodology, Tools & Analysis. Government Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit & Marketing, Bank Accounting and Report Writing,
• Have adequate time to perform his/her duties as Audit Committee Member at the Bank’s Office,
• Fluent in English, both oral and written as well as computer literate.

2. Risk Monitoring Committee Member
Responsible to:
Perform a function of Risk Monitoring Committee Member in accordance to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 8/4/PBI/2006 dated 30 January 2006 and its amendment dated 5 October 2006 as well as the Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia No. 9/12/DPNP dated 30 May 2007 regarding Good Corporate Governance Implementation for Commercial Bank
Requirements:

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Legal (Master Degree would be an advantage),
• Min. 5-6 years experiences in Risk Management,
• Have knowledge and skill in Finance, Accounting and Legal Area,
• Experience or familiar with Banking Operation & Procedure, Audit Methodology, Tools & Analysis. Government Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit & Marketing, Bank Accounting and Report Writing,
• Have adequate time to perform his/her duties as Risk Monitoring Committee Member at the Bank’s Office,
