Qualifications :

• Male, min 35 years old
• Education min University degree
• Min 3 years experienced on leading position in garment / glove production
• Has analytical problem solving ability to generate an effective and efficient work
• Must be able to speak and write english fluently
• good interpersonal skills and ready to manage a team
• know how to manage the flow of the product from order deal up to the shipping
• have the ability to make production planning and monitor effectively
